HOW TO USE:
Wet hair. Apply Totally Blonde Toning Shampoo, Lather, rinse, and repeat. Use up to twice weekly or when hair appears brassy. For extra toning, leave these cond lather on for 3-5 minutes. Use sparingly on overly porous hair.
